Before you start

Read the letter at 297,95, then craft the Horse Mask. Keep it equipped for every den.
Red-floor den at 287,88: wear Lumberjack, lure out the wolf and defeat it.
Yellow-floor den at 145,51: wear Safari Outfit, lure out the wolf and defeat it.
Tan-floor den at 287,132: remove your outfit, keep the mask on, then lure out and defeat the wolf.
Green-floor den at 181,126: wear Outdoorsman, lure out the wolf and defeat it. The four dens can be completed in any order.
